The Line of Best Fit — британское независимое интернет-издание, специализирующееся на музыке[1][2]. Основано оно было Ричардом Тейном в феврале 2007 года, в настоящее время редактором является Пол Бриджуотер[1][3].

В издании публикуются независимые музыкальные рецензии, обзоры, новости, интервью[1]. На сайте эксклюзивно публикуются музыкальные премьеры, выступления, подкасты и плейлисты[4]. Рецензии альбомов из издания используются для подсчёта средней оценки на музыкальных сайтах-агрегаторах AnyDecentMusic? и Metacritic[5][6] . Рецензии The Line of Best Fit также неоднократно упоминались в таких изданиях как BBC[7], Clash[8], The Daily Telegraph[9], The Guardian[10], The Independent[11] и NME[12].

Веб-сайт имеет свой собственный лейбл звукозаписи Best Fit Recordings[13], а с 2015 года проводит свой собственный ежегодный музыкальный фестиваль The Five Day Forecast в Лондоне[14].
