Plebeia

Plebeia  (лат.) — род безжальных пчёл, из трибы Meliponini семейства Apidae. Не используют жало при защите. Хотя жало у них сохранилось, но в сильно редуцированном виде.[1]

Неотропика: от Мексики до Аргентины и Бразилии.[2][3]
