Oxytrigona

Oxytrigona Cockerell, 1917[1] — род безжальных пчёл из трибы Meliponini семейства Apidae. Не используют жало при защите. Хотя жало у них сохранилось, но в сильно редуцированном виде.

Неотропика: от Мексики до Бразилии и Парагвая[2][3].
