С момента выхода предыдущего альбома The Other Side of Your Mind до выхода альбома Constant Fight прошло более 60 месяцев.nРанее из-за поломки компьютера был уничтожен материал практически завершённого альбома.[1]

На композицию Who's Your Teacher? в 2008 году снят клип. В Limited Edition присутствует бонусный CD под названием Rematch с жёсткими танцевальными ремиксами.
