Медаль и премия Дирака (англ. Dirac medal and prize ) — международная награда в области теоретической физики, присуждаемая Институтом Физики. Учреждена в память Поля Дирака в 1985 году. Вручается с 1987 года. Награды может быть удостоен любой учёный-физик за выдающиеся достижения в области теоретической физики. К медали прилагается денежная премия в размере 1000 фунтов стерлингов, а также сертификат. Лауреат может быть приглашён дать лекцию в Институте Физики.
