Закон Тафта-Хартли (англ. Taft–Hartley Act; официально Закон об отношениях между рабочими и администрацией, англ. Labor Management Relations Act) (1947) — американский законодательный акт о регулировании трудовых отношений; регламентирует вопросы коллективных трудовых конфликтов, проведения забастовок, прав профессиональных союзов.
